General Shipping Information

Our current shipping status:
In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays.

Do you have some general shipping information?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, If an item is Out of Stock or during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.

For most domestic orders, you can choose between UPS Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day deliveries. If your order ships via UPS you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history. If your order contains only small light items, then you may also receive your order via USPS First Class Mail, which does not offer package tracking information.

How much is shipping?
It depends on how much you are ordering, We currently work on a table rate up to $250.00, then you Shipping is FREE! You can determine the cost of shipping your order during checkout.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to Froh Safety error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). provided by Froh Safety before they will be considered. Please contact us for return information only if there is a defective item. Froh Safety reserves the right to apply a restocking fee on any returned item(s) and the minimum restocking fee is 15%. Froh Safety does not cover shipping on returned items. We do our best to satisfy all customers, therefore if there is a problem with an item please contact us immediately after item has been received.
